Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Full refund will be giving at the time the return is in possession and is verified by Open Range Miniatures, minus any shipping/handling that was paid on the original purchase.

Just arrived safely, well packaged. Beautiful detailing and very kind of Angela to send an extra squirrel. A little large for what I was hoping to use it for but this was not the sellers fault probably me not getting it quite right. All in all a fabulous item.
